Abstract
resumo formulação reativa para preparar uma espuma de poliuretano flexível resistente à chama, processo para preparar uma espuma de poliuretano flexível resistente à chama e espuma de poliuretano flexível resistente à chama a presente invenção refere-se a uma formulação reativa utilizada para preparar uma espuma de poliuretano flexível resistente à chama, que é particularmente adequada para uso em aplicações sob o capô de veículos que requeiram atenuação de ruído e controle de vibração e um processo para preparar dita espuma. dita espuma é, particularmente, apropriada para aplicações onde as propriedades de resistência à chama desejada são conseguidas após a exposição ao calor sob um período de tempo prolongado. em particular, a espuma de poliuretano flexível resistente à chama é preparada com uma formulação reativa compreendendo um lado a que compreende (i) um ou mais isocianatos orgânicos e um lado b compreendendo (ii) um ou mais componentes reativos com isocianato, (iii) um componente retardante à chama compreendendo uma combinação de fósforo vermelho, grafite expansível, e opcionalmente citrato de sódio, sendo que o componente retardante à chama não contém polifosfato de amônio; e (iv) um ou mais componentes adicionais selecionados de um catalisador, um agente de sopro, um abridor de células, um surfactante, um reticulador, um extensor de cadeia, uma carga/enchimento, um corante, um pigmento, um agente antiestático, fibras de reforço, um antioxidante, um conservante, ou um varredor de ácido, sendo que a espuma resultante atinge a classificação v-0 a 0,5 polegadas de acordo com a classificação 94 do ensaio de inflamabilidade do underwriters laboratories. 1
