resumo patente de invenção: "método e dispositivo para precipitar o excesso de pulverização e instalação fornecida com isso". a presente invenção refere-se a um método para separar o excesso de pulverização do ar de cabine carregado com excesso de pulverização de estações de revestimento, em particular, de estações de pintura, em que o excesso de pulverização é carregado por uma corrente de ar para um dispositivo de separação (42), onde a maior parte de pelo menos um dos materiais sólidos é separada do excesso de pulverização. o ar de cabine carregado com excesso de pulverização é guiado através de módulos de filtro (40), nos quais o excesso de pulverização é separado e que são desenvolvidos como os componentes únicos que podem ser substituídos, que têm um compartimento de filtro (46) e uma unidade de filtro (52), em que cada módulo de filtro (40) é substituído por um módulo de filtro vazio (40) depois de alcançar um carregamento com o excesso de pulverização. além disso, a presente invenção se refere a um dispositivo para separar o excesso de pulverização por meio de módulos de filtro únicos, e a uma instalação para os objetos de revestimento (4), em particular, os copos de veículo.
