Abstract

Método para melhorar o rendimento de produção da proteína L1 do papilomavírus humano. A presente invenção é um método para melhorar o rendimento da produção de proteína L 1 de HPV, incluindo a fase de cultura de células que expressam a proteína L1 de HPV, em um meio contendo alta concentração da fonte de carbono. De acordo com o método de cultura utilizando um meio contendo fontes de carbono altamente concentradas da presente invenção, o rendimento de produção da proteína L1 de HPV pode ser não só extremamente aumentado, mas também a 10 imunogenicidade da proteína L1 de HPV produzida é significativamente aumentada.
