Abstract
aquecedor de queima superior a presente invenção refere-se a um aquecedor de queima superior capaz de aprimorar eficiência de combustão em sistema de queimador, fornecendo gás da combustão a alta temperatura para uma câmara verificadora total, e suprimindo danos em um material refratário em uma parede interna de um duto de queimador. um aquecedor de queima superior (10) possui um sistema de queimador incluindo: um queimador (1) para passar gás combustível ou ar de combustão em cada um de três ou mais condutos em uma estrutura de múltiplos condutos; e um duto de queimador (2). um conduto de núcleo (1b) e um conduto central (1c) incluem um dispositivo de geração de fluxo em redemoinho fornecido para gerar um fluxo em redemoinho do gás da combustão ou do ar de combustão, enquanto qeu um conduto mais externo (1d) carrega um fluxo linear do gás da combustão ou do ar de combustão, de maneira que o gás de combustão (hg) incluindo um componente linear (hg'') e um componente em redemoinho (hg') é gerado no duto de queimador (2). o gás da combustão (hg) é fornecido para uma câmara de combustão (3) por pelo menos um ou mais dos sistemas de queimador em uma direção de influxo que não passa por uma posição central da câmara de combustão (3).
