resumo patente de invenção: "método para fabricação de materiais acrílicos antimicrobianos". a presente invenção refere-se a materiais acrílicos com atividade antimicrobiana que são misturados por tambor, fundidos e extrudados através de um extrusor. os compostos de polímero resultantes incluem uma resina acrílica, tais como polímeros, copolímeros e multipolímeros de metacrilato de metila, e suas misturas, aditivos antimicrobianos contendo prata; e aditivos opcionais tais como modificadores de impacto, promotores de fluxo, estabilizadores e agentes de coloração. as propriedades dos materiais acrílicos, especialmente o desempenho antimicrobiano, são fortemente dependentes das condições do processo de fabricação, incluindo pré-secagem das resinas alimentadas, teor de umidade residual, velocidade de parafuso e temperatura de fusão. a composição dos materiais e procedimentos de fabricação são igualmente significantes.
