本发明公开了一种抗菌型医用薄膜,其化学成分的质量份数具体为:三羧基乙基丁烷20-30份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯8-12份、甘露醇5-10份、聚四亚甲基醚二醇10-20份、抗氧剂7-15份、抗菌剂12-18份;所述抗菌剂由碳酸锂和磷酸二氢铵混合制成,按照质量百分比计算,所述碳酸锂的含量占20-25%,所述磷酸二氢铵的含量占75-80%,通过上述方式,本发明能够防止细菌穿透,从而大幅提高医用薄膜的抗菌性能,有效地保护医疗人员的身体健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子材料领域,特别涉及一种抗菌型医用薄膜。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断发展,镀膜技术逐渐出现,其应用领域十分广阔,如:玻璃、金属以及航天航空等领域均有所涉及,而目前薄膜已经逐渐深入至医疗领域,而在医用领域中细菌滋生较多,因此需要对医用薄膜的抗菌性能进行大幅改良,而防止细菌对人体造成的危害。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗菌型医用薄膜,能够防止细菌穿透,从而大幅提高医用薄膜的抗菌性能,有效地保护医疗人员的身体健康。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种抗菌型医用薄膜,其化学成分的质量份数具体为:
三羧基乙基丁烷20-30份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯8-12份、甘露醇5-10份、聚四亚甲基醚二醇10-20份、抗氧剂7-15份、抗菌剂12-18份;
所述抗菌剂由碳酸锂和磷酸二氢铵混合制成,按照质量百分比计算,所述碳酸锂的含量占20-25%,所述磷酸二氢铵的含量占75-80%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗菌剂中化学成分的质量配比具体为:所述碳酸锂的含量占22%,所述磷酸二氢铵的含量占78%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述甘露醇和所述聚四亚甲基醚二醇的质量比例为1:2。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗氧剂为硫代二丙酸双酯。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够防止细菌穿透,从而大幅提高医用薄膜的抗菌性能,有效地保护医疗人员的身体健康。。

实施例1:
一种抗菌型医用薄膜,其化学成分的质量份数具体为:
三羧基乙基丁烷20份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯12份、甘露醇5份、聚四亚甲基醚二醇10份、硫代二丙酸双酯15份、抗菌剂18份;
所述抗菌剂由碳酸锂和磷酸二氢铵混合制成,按照质量百分比计算,所述碳酸锂的含量占20%,所述磷酸二氢铵的含量占80%。
实施例2:
一种抗菌型医用薄膜,其化学成分的质量份数具体为:
三羧基乙基丁烷30份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯8份、甘露醇10份、聚四亚甲基醚二醇20份、硫代二丙酸双酯7份、抗菌剂12份;
所述抗菌剂由碳酸锂和磷酸二氢铵混合制成,按照质量百分比计算,所述碳酸锂的含量占25%,所述磷酸二氢铵的含量占75%。
实施例3:
一种抗菌型医用薄膜,其化学成分的质量份数具体为:
三羧基乙基丁烷25份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯10份、甘露醇8份、聚四亚甲基醚二醇16份、硫代二丙酸双酯11份、抗菌剂15份;
所述抗菌剂由碳酸锂和磷酸二氢铵混合制成,按照质量百分比计算,所述碳酸锂的含量占22%,所述磷酸二氢铵的含量占78%。
本发明一种抗菌型医用薄膜的制备工艺为:
(1)、先将上述配料按照比例在料桶中搅拌均匀;
(2)、采用除湿机将上述材料烘干,控制含水率小于等于0.03%;
(3)、经挤出机螺杆塑化后,从模头模口挤出成型;
(4)、最后经内外风环冷却、再经旋转牵引、定边机定边、两边切边后收卷而成。
区别于现有技术,本发明能够防止细菌穿透,从而大幅提高医用薄膜的抗菌性能,有效地保护医疗人员的身体健康。

三羧基乙基丁烷20-30份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯8-12份、甘露醇5-10份、聚四亚甲基醚二醇10-20份、抗氧剂7-15份、抗菌剂12-18份;
所述抗菌剂由碳酸锂和磷酸二氢铵混合制成,按照质量百分比计算,所述碳酸锂的含量占20-25%,所述磷酸二氢铵的含量占75-80%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌型医用薄膜,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂中化学成分的质量配比具体为:所述碳酸锂的含量占22%,所述磷酸二氢铵的含量占78%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌型医用薄膜,其特征在于,所述甘露醇和所述聚四亚甲基醚二醇的质量比例为1:2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌型医用薄膜,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为硫代二丙酸双酯。
