Abstract

processo para aperfeiçoamento da rilpivirina. a presente invenção refere-se à preparação de um intermediário chave de rilpivirina, a saber, o cloridrato de (e)-4-(2-cianoetenil)-2,6-dimetilfenilamina (ll), por um processo que compreende a reação do sal de diazônio tetrafluoroborato do composto 2,6-dimetil-4-amino-1-carboxibenzil fenilamina (vi) com acrilonitrila na presença de acetato de paládio, seguido pelo tratamento com um ácido e a sua subsequente conversão no sal cloridrato (ll), caracterizado por o isômero z indesejado ser inferior a 0,5%, e proporcionar o cloridrato de rilpivirina com isômero z inferior a 0,1%.
