Abstract

processo de realização de um elemento de cobertura de telhado de fibras vegetais e elemento de cobertura de talhado. a invenção refere-se a um processo de realização de um elemento de cobertura de celulose moldada impregnada com betume para telhado. em uma primeira etapa realiza-se, por moldagem a quente e sob pressão de um prensa, um elemento preferivelmente de celulose em um molde, em uma segunda etapa, quando o elemento tem uma taxa de material seco de, pelo menos 60% em saída de molde, recobre-se com verniz pigmentado o referido elemento e seca-se, e em uma terceira etapa, quando o elemento tem uma taxa de material seco de, pelo menos 98% impregna-se o referido elemento com um betume a quente. condições operacionais específicas são indicadas. os elementos de cobertura são notadamente uma parte lateral de arremate entre águas, uma capa de arremate entre águas, um conjunto de arremate entre águas, um rufo ou clarabóia e um espigão.
