Abstract
Procedimiento de realización de un elemento (1, 8) de cubierta de tejado de fibras vegetales, para tejado en pendiente, estando dicho elemento impregnado de asfalto hasta el núcleo, caracterizado por que - durante una primera etapa, se realiza, por moldeo en caliente en un molde y bajo presión de prensado del molde, un elemento de fibras vegetales en una cavidad de moldeo del molde a partir de una composición acuosa de fibras vegetales prensada y calentada en dicho molde hasta que dicho elemento 10 tenga una tasa de materia seca de por lo menos el 60%, - durante una segunda etapa, después de la salida del molde del elemento, se seca dicho elemento hasta una tasa de materia seca de por lo menos el 98% en dicho elemento, y - durante una tercera etapa, se impregna hasta el núcleo dicho elemento con un asfalto en caliente, y por que durante la primera etapa, se realiza, antes de la puesta bajo presión de prensado del molde y del calentamiento, una fase previa de concentración de la materia seca de dicha composición en el molde mediante la puesta en depresión de la cavidad de moldeo durante un tiempo tal que la parte seca de la composición que permanece en el molde al final de la fase previa de concentración sea de por lo menos el 20%.
