anticorpo, fragmento funcional do anticorpo, composição farmacêutica, usos de um anticorpo ou um fragmento funcional do mesmo e de pelo menos um membro selecionado do grupo que consiste de paclitaxel, carvoplatina, cpt-11, vinblastina, e 5-fu, polinucleotídeo, vetor, célula hospedeira transformada, e, método de produzir o anticorpo. a presente invenção diz respeito a um anticorpo que tem um efeito terapêutico sobre o câncer, doençass autoimunes, ou doenças inflamatórias. isto é, a presente invenção diz respeito a um anticorpo que exibe uma atividade citotóxica mediada pela apoptose sobre uma célula que expressa um receptor que contém o domínio de morte. a presente invenção trata o problema de fornecer um medicamento que tem um efeito terapêutico sobre o câncer. a presente invenção esclarece que um novo anticorpo anti-dr5, que é capaz de induzir a apoptose em uma célula, tem atividade citotóxica acentuável comparada com os anticorpos anti-dr5 convencionais.
