Abstract
método para produzir pentafluoreto de fósforo. a presente invenção refere-se a um método para produzir pentafluoreto de fósforo, o qual compreende reagir tri-haleto de fósforo, representado pela fórmula: px~ 3~, em que x representa f, ci ou br, com halogênio molecular em fase gasosa e fluoreto de hidrogênio. o método da presente invenção possibilita produzir com eficiência pentafluoreto de fósforo a baixo custo em escala industrial.
