Abstract

método para a produção de óleo de hidrocarboneto e sistema para produção de óleo de hidrocarboneto. a presente invenção refere-se a um método para produção de um óleo de hidrocarboneto, em que a quantidade de um pó fino de catalisador para a reação de síntese de fischer-tropsch (ft) para fluxo a um sistema de reação de atualização pode ser quantitativamente monitorado com grande precisão, sendo que pode ser prevista a ocorrência de problemas no sistema de reação. no método para produção de um óleo de hidrocarboneto de acordo com a presente invenção, o oléo de hidrocarboneto obtido pela reação de síntese ft usando um catalisador dentro de um reator de leito de lama (c2) é fracionado em um óleo destilado e um éleo do fundo da coluna numa coluna de retificação (c4), parte do óleo de fundo da coluna é escoado para uma primeira linha de transferência (l12), que liga um fundo da coluna da coluna de retificação (c4) a um hidrocraqueador (c6), pelo menos parte do óleo de fundo da coluna é transferido para uma segunda linha de transferência (l14), ramificada da primeira linha de transferência (l12) e ligada à primeira linha de transferência (l12) a jusante do ponto de ramificação, sendo que a quantidade do pó fino de catalisador para captura é monitorada enquanto o pó fino de catalisador no óleo de fundo da coluna flui pela segunda linha de transferência (l14) sendo capturado por um filtro descartável (2) proporcionado na segunda linha de transferência (l14) e o óleo de fundo da coluna é hidrocraqueado dentro do hidrocraqueador (c6).
