Abstract
Предложен способ получения минерального масла, в котором количество мелкого порошка катализатора реакции синтеза Фишера-Тропша (ФТ), поступающее в реакционную систему повышения качества, можно контролировать с высокой точностью и можно прогнозировать возникновение проблем в реакционной системе. В способе получения минерального масла по настоящему изобретению минеральное масло, полученное по реакции синтеза ФТ с использованием катализатора внутри реактора С2 с трехфазным псевдоожиженным слоем, фракционируют на масло прямой перегонки и кубовое масло в ректификационной колонне С4, часть кубового масла протекает на первую передаточную линию L12, которая соединяет кубовую зону ректификационной колонны С4 с установкой С6 гидрокрекинга, по меньшей мере часть кубового масла протекает на вторую передаточную линию L14, отходящую от первой передаточной линии L12 и соединенную с первой передаточной линией L12 ниже точки разветвления, количество задерживаемого мелкого порошка катализатора контролируется, пока мелкий порошок катализатора в кубовом масле, которое течет по второй передаточной линии L14, задерживается съемным фильтром 2, установленным на второй передаточной линии L14, и кубовое масло подвергают гидрокрекингу внутри установки С6 гидрокрекинга.
