Abstract
resumo método para a síntese de 5-(clorometil)-2- furaldeído (cmf) de sacarídeos a presente invenção descreve métodos e aparelhos para a síntese de 5-(clorometil)-2-furaldeído (cmf) de monossacarídeos, sendo que o método compreende: (a) colocar em contato monossacarídeos, ácido clorídrico e o solvente orgânico, por meio de uma montagem de reator de fluxo bifásico contínuo a uma temperatura de cerca de 60 °c a cerca de 200 °c e pressões de cerca de 0,1 mpa a 1 mpa (1 atm a 10 atm), de modo que seja produzido cmf; (b) separar 5-(clorometil)-2-furaldeído por meio de separação de fase líquida/líquida e sólida/líquida; (c) produzir pelo menos cinco quilogramas por dia com pelo menos 50% de rendimento. 1/1
