Abstract
processo para preparar alcoóis de poliéter. é proposto um processo para preparar alcóois de poliéter mediante a conversão dos seguintes reagentes: a) um ou mais óxidos de alquileno e opcionalmente dióxido de carbono, e b) uma ou mais substâncias de partida funcional-h, na presença de um catalisador, para formar uma mistura de reação, em uma unidade de reação (1), que é caracterizada no fato de que a unidade de reação (1) tem interiores (2) que formam uma multidão de canais de fluxo microestruturados que proporcionam o fendilhamento da mistura líquida de reação dentro das vias componentes de fluxo e sua recombinação em disposição alterada, o fendilhamento múltiplo e a recombinação sendo repetidos várias vezes e os canais de fluxo microestruturado tendo uma dimensão característica que é definida como a distância maior possível de qualquer partícula na mistura de reação líquida da parede de um canal de fluxo mais próxima da partícula, na faixa de 20 a 10.000 <109>m, o resultado sendo que o perfil de fluxo da mistura de reação líquida se aproxima do fluxo de ligação ideal como um resultado dos canais de fluxos microestruturados.
