Abstract

utilização em pastas de revestimento de papel de polímeros (met) acrílicos pentes anfifílicos e não hidrossolúveis. a invenção consiste na utilização, nas pastas de revestimento de papel, de polímero não hidrossolúveis com estrutura pente, dispondo de um esqueleto (met) acrílico, sobre o qual são enxertadas cadeias laterais contendo, pelo menos, um monômero hidrofóbico deo tipo estireno ou éster (met) acrílico em c1 a c4 e pelo menos um monômero hidróxi ou metóxi polialquileno glicol. os teores em monômero são tais que o referido polímero é anfifílico, porque ele é, ao mesmo tempo, rico em monômero hidrofóbico e em monômero polialquileno glicol. estes produtos, utilizados em pastas de revestimento de papel, permitem aumentar a viscosidade brookfiel, diminuir sua viscodidade acav e melhorar sua retenção de água, tornando os mesmos particularmente bem adaptados para os revestimentps com teor de extrato seco e/ou velocidade de deposição elevados. outro objeto da invenção refere-se às pastas de revestimento assim formuladas.
