polímeros conjugados multicoloridos com estado oxidado altamente transmissivo. a presente invenção refere-se a copolímeros conjugados randômicos compreendendo uma pluralidade de uma ou mais unidades de repetição doadoras diferentes (d) e uma pluralidade de pelo menos uma unidade de repetição aceptora (a). pelo menos uma das unidades d tem um substituintes solubilizante, estatisticamente uma porção de unidades a de repetição que são separadas entre si somente por uma unidade d e uma pluralidade de unidade a é adjacente a um as unidades d que têm os substituintes solubilizam. os copolímeros conjugados randômicos são pretos ou coloridos no estado neutro e altamente transmissivos no estado oxidado. os copolímeros conjugados randômicos têm estrutura -[(d)~ x~a]~ n~-, em que x > 1 e n (x+1) <242> 10 ou estrutura -[(da)~ x~-(d<39> a<39>)~ y~]~ n~-, em que d representa aquela unidade d substituída e d<39> representa outras unidades d e em que x <242> 1, y <242> 1 e 2n (x+y) <242> 10. outras modalidades da invenção são dirigidas à formação de copolímeros conjugados randômicos -[(d)~ x~a]~ n~- ou -[(da)~ x~-(d<39> a<39>)~ y~]~ n~- por polimerização de condensação entre monômeros contendo grupos reativos complementares.
