Abstract
método para produzir placas de impressão flexográfica, e, aparelho para produção em linha de placas de impressão flexográfica por meio de formação de imagem digital. a invenção diz respeito a um método para produzir placas de impressão flexográfica, em que um elemento de impressão flexográfica fotopolimerizável é usado como o material de partida, o dito elemento compreendendo pelo menos os seguintes, arranjados um no topo do outro: uma portadora dimensionalmente estável; e pelo menos uma camada fotopolimerizável que forma um relevo, que compreende pelo menos um agente aglutinante elastomérico, um composto etilenicamente insaturado e um fotoiniciador; apcionalmente, uma camada áspera transparente a uv que compreende pelo menos uma substância particulada; e uma camada que pode passar por formação de imagem digital. o método de acordo com a invenção compreende pelo menos as seguintes etapas: (a) gerar uma máscara pela formação de imagem da camada que pode passar por formação de imagem digital; (b) iluminar a camada fotopolimerizável que forma o relevo através da máscara usando luz actínica e fotopolimerizar as áreas de imagem da camada; e (c) desenvolver a camada fotopolimerizável pela eliminação por lavagem das áreas não fotopolimerizadas da camada que forma o relevo com um solvente orgânico ou por desenvolvimento térmico. o dito método é caracterizado em que a etapa (b) compreende duas etapas de iluminação (b-1) e (b-2), em que, em uma primeira etapa (b-1), iluminação é realizada usando luz actínica com uma intensidade de <243> 100 mw/cm^ 2^proveniente de uma pluralidade de leds uv e, subsequentemente, em uma segunda etapa (b-2), iluminação é realizada usando luz actínica com uma intensidade de <243> 100 mw/cm^ 2^proveniente de uma fonte de radiação uv diferente dos leds uv.
