Abstract

MÉTODO E INSTALAÇÃO DE INSPEÇÃO ULTRASSONORA DE SOLDAGEM DE JUNÇÃO DE DUAS EXTREMIDADES TRANSVERSAIS DE DUAS CINTAS METÁLICAS. A presente invenção refere-se a um método de inspeção de soldagem (1c) de junção de duas extremidades transversais de duas cintas metálicas (1a, 1b), essas extremidades sendo respectivamente aproximadas e mantidas entre um primeiro e um segundo freios (2a, 2b) dispostos assim ao longo de cada uma das extremidades transversais, caracterizado pelo fato de - o primeiro e o segundo freios apresentam pelo menos um espaçamento, tal que um interstício (54, 55) seja formado, a fim de deixar passar um primeiro canal (52) de transmissão de ondas incidentes aptas a gerarem ondas ultrassonoras sobre uma superfície da primeira cinta e deixar passar um segundo canal (61) de transmissão de ondas emergentes na superfície da segunda cinta; - as ondas incidentes do primeiro canal serem geradas por meio de impulsos laser sob um regime pelo menos previsto para utilizar um terceiro canal de ondas ultrassonoras gerados sobre a superfície da primeira cinta, atravessando a soldagem e emergindo no segundo canal; - a partir e uma etapa de análise (7) do regime ligado aos impulsos e de pelo menos uma medida de uma assinatura de um estado de vibratória da superfície da segunda cinta à emergência das ondas ultrassonoras no segundo canal, características de inspeção da soldagem serem extraídas para identificação. Uma instalação que permite a aplicação desse método de inspeção é também proposta.
