patente de invenção: processo para o teste de conexões de peças metálicas com massas plásticas em espaço oco através de ultrassom. a invenção abrange um processo para testar conexões de peças metálicas com massas plásticas em espaços ocos por meio de ultrassom, sendo que a massa plástica, como camada intermediária, está integrada entre a peça ou está unida em um lado com esta peça e o espaço oco encontra-se dentro da massa plástica, sendo que este espaço oco através de uma camada plástica, ou seja, película plástica remanescente está acoplado na peça e com ao menos um cabeçote de teste de ultrassom, a massa plástica é sujeita pelo lado metálico da peça trabalhada com sinais de ultrassom de uma frequência de exame determinada e comprimento de pulso, especialmente sendo registrados os sinais de ultrassom, sendo transformados em sinais elétricos e submetidos a uma análise de valor de umbral. no caso, a frequência de teste dos sinais de ultrassom é de tal modo reajustado em uma região entre 1 e 10 mhz que o amortecimento do som é mínimo depois de passar pela película plástica.
