Abstract

equipamento de fornecer lubrificante e método de fornecer lubrificante. a presente invenção refere-se a um equipamento para fornecer lubricante para um laminador (20) de um laminador de um material metálico com formato plano m que compreende uma pluralidade de bocais de borrifo (1a e 1b) que borrifa um lubrificante em direção a um cilindro de laminação junto com um gás em um estado particulado ou atomizado, um dispositivo de alimentação de lubrificante (2,3, e 4) que alimenta os bocais de borrifo com um lubricante, e um dispositivo de alimentação de gás (5 e 6) que alimenta os bocais de borrifo com um gás. na presente invenção, a quantidade de lubrificante fornecida a partir dos bocais de borrifo laterais dentre os locais de borrifo é maior do que a taxa de alimentação de lubrificante a partir do bocal de borrifo central. ademais, a quantidade de lubrificante fornecida dos bocais de borrifo entre esses locais de borrifo laterais e o bocal de borrifo central não é maior do que a quantidade de lubrificante fornecida a partir dos bocais de forrifo laterais e não é menor do que a taxa de alimentação de lubrificante a partir do bocal de borrifo central. devido a isso, o desgaste e a aspereza não uniformes são impedidos de ocorrer no cilindro de laminação na direção axial do cilindro de laminação.
