Abstract

Se proporciona un sistema de equipos para producir un punzón para perforación mediante laminación para ser usado en la producción de tubos/tuberías sin costura, que incluye un dispositivo de granallado para aplicar un tratamiento de granallado en una superficie del punzón, y un dispositivo de rociado por arco para realizar el rociado por arco de alambres de hierro en una superficie del metal base del punzón al que se ha aplicado el tratamiento de granallado, a fin de formar una película que contiene óxido y Fe. El dispositivo de rociado por arco consta de una pluralidad de zonas de rociado, cada una de las cuales forma parte separadamente de la película sucesivamente en cada sección en las que la superficie del metal base del punzón está dividida, a lo largo de la dirección axial del punzón.
