Abstract

hidrogel, e, método para fabricar um hidrogel. é revelado um hidrogel que compreende um derivado de polissacarídeo polianiônico com um grupo hidrofóbico introduzido por ligação covalente, e uma solução de sal com uma concentração de sal de 50 mm-200 mm. o método de fabricação do hidrogel inclui: uma etapa na qual o composto que inclui uma diluição de hidrogel com uma estrutura agregada com um tamanho médio de partícula de 100-200nm, um derivado de polissacarídeo polianiônico com um hidrofóbico introduzido a partir deste, e uma solução de sal de 50-200mm são preparados; e uma etapa na qual o composto é tratado pelo calor. o hidrogel possui estabilidade a longo prazo, e pode ser filtrado por meio de um filtro poroso com um diâmetro de poro de 5 <109> ou mais.
