Abstract

controle exato do peso molecular de forma da cadeia do dióxido/epóxido de carbono de copolimerização alternada e preparação do poli (carbonato de alquileno) de baixo peso molecular. esta invenção diz respeito a um método de preparação de poli (carbonato de alquileno) que tem um peso molecular e a estrutura da cadeia do polímero precisamente controlada pela adição de um agente de transferência de cadeia constituída por um composto com um álcool ou um grupo funcional ácido carboxílico mediante copolimerização alternada de um composto de epóxido e dióxido de carbono utilizando um catalisador constituído por um composto complexo de um metal trivalente sintetizado a partir de um sal de amônio quaternário contendo ligantes do tipo salen, e a um composto de polímero preparado desta forma. de acordo com a presente invenção, o composto de polímero possuindo uma cadeia em forma de estrela, bem como o polímero que possui uma cadeia linear pode ser preparado. o poli (carbonato de alquileno) de baixo peso molecular tem um grupo terminal oh e pode ser usado isoladamente como um agente de revestimento, etc., e também em misturas com um composto de isocianato e, portanto, pode ser facilmente utilizado para a preparação do poliuretano.
