Abstract
um processo para a síntese enzimática de alquil ésteres de ácido graxo. são descritos um processo enzimático em lote ou contínuo para a produção de alquil ésteres de ácido graxo para uso em indústria de biocombustíveis, alimentos e detergente, e um sistema para o mesmo. o processo utiliza enzimas imobilizadas sobre uma resina hidrofóbica mistura com uma fonte de ácido graxo e um álcool ou doador de álcool na presença de um tampão aquoso alcalino ou levemente alcalino, ou na presença de solução de água. o processo de produção para alquil ésteres de ácido graxo é executado pela transesterificação ou esterificação simultaneamente ou sequencialmente. a atividade biocatalisadora é mantida sem perdas de atividade significativas em múltiplos usos e também evita o acúmulo evita o acúmulo de subprodutos de glicerol e água ou outros compostos hidrofilicos no biocatalisador.
