Abstract
"dispositivo de impressão para a impressão de superfícies de painéis de material, e, processo para a impressão de superfícies de painéis de material, particularmente painéis de madeira, com uma imagem multicolorida. a invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de impressão para a impressão de superfícies de painéis de material, particularmente painéis de madeira, com uma imagem multicolorida, apresentando: meios para a preensão de um painel de material (30) em uma posição orientada; uma unidade de impressão (110) para a impressão de uma superfície do painel de material (30), sendo que a unidade de impressão (110) apresenta, para uma multiplicidade de cores, cada vez uma pluralidade de cabeças de impressão dispostas lado a lado (12, 112) de acordo com a largura da superfície a ser impressa; e meios para o deslocamento da unidade de impressão (110) ao longo de uma zona de deslocamento sobre a superfície do painel de material firmemente preso (30); sendo que o dispositivo de impressão (100) apresenta adicionalmente um dispositivo para o monitoramento da qualidade de impressão, que se encontra disposto ao longo da zona de deslocamento da unidade de impressão (110). além disso, a invenção refere-se a um processo para a impressão para a impressão de superfícies de painéis de material, em que ocorrem as seguintes etapas de processo: orientação do painel de material (30) em uma posição e altura definidas da superfície; preensão de material (30) em uma posição e altura definidas da superfície; preensão do painel de material (30); e deslocamento de uma unidade de impressão (110) ao longo de um percurso de deslocamento sobre a superfície do painel de material prendido (30) e impressão da superfície do painel de material prendido com unidade de impressão (110), sendo que a unidade de impressão (110) apresenta para uma pluralidade de cores cada vez uma pluralidade de cabeças de impressão dispostas lado a lado (112) de acordo com a largura da superfície a ser impressa; e deslocamento da unidade de impressão (110) a uma posição para uma impressão de controle; preparação de uma faixa de impressão de controle (145) ou de uma faixa de padrão de controle (146) nesta posição e realização de uma impressão com um padrão de teste sobre esta faixa de impressão de controle (145) ou uma faixa de padrão de controle (146).
