Abstract

unidade de estator e tampa sinterizada e regulador de eixo de eixo de excêntricos. a presente invenção refere-se a uma unidade de estator e tampa (1) para um regulador de eixo de excêntricos (31) que é produzida inteiriçamente de um material sinterizado, compreendendo um estator (3) e uma tampa de travamento (5) que apresenta uma corrediça (17) para o travamento de modo à prova de rotação de um rotor (33), sendo que o material sinterizado, pelo menos na região da corrediça (17), apresenta uma dureza vickers entre 400 hv e 850 hv. a presente invenção também se refere a um regulador de eixo de excêntricos (31) com tal unidade de estator e tampa (1) com as caracteristicas acima mencionadas, onde é posicionado um rotor (33) com um número de palhetas de rotor (35) que se estendem radialmente para fora. a unidade de estator e tampa (1) pode ser produzida facilmente. para a corrediça (17) pode ser dispensada uma peça de inserção separada.
