Abstract
remoção de amônia na finalização de ureia. a presente invenção refere-se a um método para a remoção de amônia a partir do desprendimento de gás de uma seção de finalização de uma usina de produção de ureia. o método compreende colocar em contato o desprendimento de gás com um adsorvente sólido capaz de fisicamente adsorver a amônia, particularmente carvão ativado ou zeólito. logo a seguir, o adsorvente sólido tendo amônia nele adsorvida é separado do gás e regenerado mediante a dissolução de amônia em um líquido de extração, de preferência água. após a separação da água do adsorvente sólido, este último é reutilizado no processo.
