Abstract

reclinador com controle - a presente invenção refere-se a um recclinador com controle que compreende: um suporte que tem dentes internos em sua parte circular externa e um ressalto em sua parte central; um setor dentado que tem dentes externos que engrenam com os dentes internos do suporte para o setor dentado no suporte, e uma parte de recebimento circular que tem seu centro excêntrico a partir de um centro do ressalto e circunda o ressalto; uma mola de freio em forma de anel mantida elasticamente em torno do ressalto e tendo um par de extremidades protuberantes que são separadas circularmente entre si; um mancal inserido na parte de recebimento do setor dentado nele o ressalto cujo centro é excêntrico a partir do centro do mancal; um came que tem uma parte de eixo central é inserido no ressalto, uma parte operacional de came que toca uma superfície interna do mancal e uma parte operacional de mola que é interposta entre um par de extremidades protuberante da mola de freio; e um par de sapatas de embreagem interposto entre a mola de freio e o mancal e interposto também entre a parte operacional de came e uma das extremidades protuberante. então, uma estrutura do reciclador com controle é simplificada com um pequeno número de componentes, especialmente um fenômeno que o encosto volta gradualmente em uso pode ser impedido removendo-se um movimento de derrapagem das sapatas de embreagem.
