Abstract

MÉTODO E APARELHO PARA TRANSIÇÃO DE MODO/ESTADO Equipamento do usuário que implementa um método de processamento de mensagens de indicação, como a sinalização de mensagens de indicação SCRI (liberação de conexão). O de mensagens de indicação de usuário (UE) mantém uma contagem de indicação de quantas mensagens com causa definida tem sido enviada pela UE enquanto em pelo menos um recurso de estado de controle (RRC) do rádio.
