Abstract

método para a produção de filmes de polilactídeo. a presente invenção se refere a um método para formar um filme de polilactídeo, sendo que o método inclui as etapas (a) até (c). na etapa (a), uma superfície de ferramenta tratada é dotada de um revestimento para liberação. a superfície de ferramenta tratada é mantida em uma temperatura predeterminada de aproximadamente a temperatura de transição vítrea da polilactídeo ou maior. na etapa (b), a superfície de ferramenta tratada é colocada em contato com uma composição de polilactídeo fundida para fornecer um filme de polilactídeo. o filme é pelo menos parcialmente cristalino, e a cristalinidade do filme de polilactídeo é melhorada devido à exposição da composição de polilactídeos fundida à superfície de ferramenta tratada na temperatura predeterminada. na etapa (c) o filme de polilactídeo é removido da superfície de ferramenta tratada. adicionalmente, é fornecido um filme que é feito pelo método supracitado, sendo que o filme pode ser formado em um artigo ou uma parte de um artigo. em alguns casos, o artigo é uma peça de vestuário descartável como uma fralda. em outros casos, o artigo pode ser uma fita feita com o filme supracitado, sendo que o filme inclui a primeira e a segunda superfície principais e uma camada de adesivo em pelo menos uma das superfícies principais.
