Abstract
módulo de hplc, e, alojamento de detector de radiação é descrito um módulo de hplc que utiliza uma combinação de hardware de composto dedicado que provê liberação de linha entre diferentes radiossínteses e inclui múltiplas válvulas de injeção de hplc de composto dedicado, cada válvula de injeção direcionando um fluido para uma coluna hplc conectada serialmente e célula de fluxo uv de maneira a impedir contaminação cruzada entre diferentes sínteses radiofarmacêuticas. o módulo provê um caminho de fluido descartável de cada célula de fluxo uv que permite deyecção radioativa, coleta de fração, formulação e dispensação de produto final. desta maneira, o nível de conformidade de gmp é alcançadp, que é adeuado para atender as exigências de uma licança local aprovada pelo mhra.
