Abstract
PROCESSO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE CÉLULAS FOTOVOLTAICAS MULTI-JUNÇÕES E MULTIELETRODOS. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo fotovoltaico, compreendendo: - uma ligação de pelo menos duas células fotovoltaicas (160, 260), - material de folha (300) intercalado entre cada célula fotovoltaica, cada célula fotovoltaica, compreendendo: - dois bornes de saída de corrente (185, 185), - pelo menos uma junção fotovoltaica (150, 250), - barras de coleta de corrente (180, 180), e - faixas de conexão (190, 190) que se estendem a partir das barras de coleta de corrente até os bornes de saída de corrente sendo disposto sobre uma mesma face do dispositivo fotovoltaico.
