Abstract

MÉTODOS E ESTRUTURAS PARA REDUZIR EXPOSIÇÃO DE CALOR DE DISPOSITIVOS SEMICONDUTORES SENSÍVEIS TERMICAMENTE. Um dispositivo semicondutor compreende uma matriz de circuito integrado (IC) tendo um lado de topo e um lado de trás.
