Abstract

"ESTRUTURA SOLDADA TENDO RESISTêNCIA APERFEIçOADA DE RACHADURA POR CORROSãO DE TENSãO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma estrutura de tubulação soldada para transportar petróleo corrosivo ou gás natural. Ela é constituída por tubos de aço inoxidável martensítico contendo de 8 - 16% de Cr e no máximo 0,05% de C. Ao controlar adequadamente as condições de soldagem no momento de soldagem de cinta dos tubos de aço a fim de assegurar que a concentração de Cr em porções esgotadas de Cr de limitação de grão que existem imediatamente abaixo da crosta de óxido de solda seja de pelo menos 5%, a ocorrência de SCC em um ambiente de CO~ 2~ de alta temperatura pode ser impedida.
