Abstract

"PROCESSO DE REVESTIMENTO DE Pó". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para formação de um revestimento sobre um substrato, incluindo as etapas de efetuar carga triboestática de um corpo de pó estabelecendo um leito fluidizado do corpo de pó em uma câmara de fluidificação de pelo menos uma parte, a qual é condutora, aplicar uma voltagem à parte condutora da câmara de fluidificação, imergir um substrato que é eletricamente não-condutor ou pobremente condutor, tanto eletricamente isolado quanto ligado à terra, total ou parcialmente no leito fluidizado, retirar o substrato do leito fluidizado e formar partículas aderentes do pó em um revestimento contínuo sobre pelo menos parte do substrato.
