Abstract
"PROCEDIMENTO PARA DESATIVAR UM SISTEMA DE CéLULA DE COMBUSTìVEL OPERANTE". Um procedimento para desativar um sistema de célula de combustível operante inclui desconectar o dispositivo que usa a eletricidade primária e interromper o fluxo de combustível contendo hidrogênio para o anodo, seguido pelo deslocamento rápido do hidrogênio residual com ar, soprando ar através do campo de fluxo de combustível do anodo. Uma purga suficientemente rápida do campo de fluxo anódico com ar elimina a necessidade de purgar com gás inerte, tal como nitrogênio.
