Abstract
"êMBOLO REFRIGERADO DE DIVERSAS PARTES PARA UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA". A presente invenção refere-se a um êmbolo refrigerado de diversas partes (20) para um motor de combustão interna com uma parte superior de êmbolo (1) consistindo em aço que compreende uma cavidade de combustão (3) e uma parede anelar (4) com parte anelar (11), e com uma parte inferior de êmbolo (2) que compreende uma haste de êmbolo (9), cubos (12) para abrigar o pino do êmbolo que une o êmbolo (20) à biela e suportes de cubo (6) unidos com a haste do êmbolo (9), pretende-se alcançar uma fabricação barata com grande estabilidade de forma e um sistema de refrigeração melhorado através do fato de que um canal de refrigeração (7) formado na parte superior do êmbolo (1) possui furos (14) distribuídos sobre sua circunferência voltados para o fundo do êmbolo, sendo que o material do êmbolo existente entre os furos (14) forma nervuras de suporte (8) que radialmente em relação ao eixo longitudinal do êmbolo (K) forma respectivamente segmentos de uma nervura anelar (5) perimetral, de que a parte inferior de êmbolo (2) possui uma nervura portadora (10) anelar perimetral, unida com os suportes de cubo (6), e de que a parte superior de êmbolo (1) e a parte inferior de êmbolo (2) são unidas de modo não separável através da nervura anelar (5) e da nervura portadora (10).
