Description
Claims (9)
- 내연기관용 멀티-파트 냉각 피스톤(20)으로서, 상기 피스톤은, 피스톤 헤드 내의 연소 캐버티(3) 및 환형부(11)를 가지는 환형벽(4)을 포함하는 강으로 단조되는 피스톤 상부 부품(1)과 그리고 피스톤 축(9), 상기 피스톤(20)을 커넥팅 로드와 연결시키는 피스톤 핀을 수용하기 위한 허브들(12), 및 상기 피스톤 축(9)에 연결되는 허브 지지부(6)를 포함하는 피스톤 하부 부품(2)을 포함하며, 여기서 냉각채널(7)은 피스톤 상부부품(1)에 의하여 그리고 또한 피스톤 하부부품(2)에 의하여 형성되며 그리고 그의 횡단면에서 이것에 의하여 경계하여져있는, 내연기관용 멀티-파트 냉각 피스톤에 있어서,- 피스톤 상부 부품(1) 내부에 형성된 냉각채널(7)은, 그 원주 주위에 분포되며 피스톤 헤드를 향하는 보어 홀들(14)을 구비하며, 상기 피스톤의 길이 방향 축(K)에 대하여 방사상으로, 주위의 환형 리브(5)의 섹션들을 각각 형성하는 지지 리브들(8)을 형성하는 보어 홀들(14) 사이에 위치하는 피스톤 재료를 포함하며,- 상기 피스톤의 하부 부품(2)은, 상기 허브 지지부들(6)에 연결되는, 링 형상의, 주위의 캐리어 리브(10)를 포함하며,- 상기 피스톤 상부 부품(1) 및 피스톤 하부 부품(2)은 환형 리브 및 캐리어 리브(5, 10)들에 의해 고정 방식으로 상호 연결되며, 여기서 냉각채널(7)을 경계하고 있는 링벽(4)은 이들의 벽 횡단면을 거쳐서 피스톤 하부부품(2)과의 간극(13)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 멀티-파트 냉각 피스톤(20).
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 구멍들(14)은 반경 방향으로 대칭으로 그리고/또는 비대칭으로 냉각채널(7)의 주위에 걸쳐서 분포되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 멀티-파트 냉각 피스톤(20).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,구멍들(14)은 깊이(hB)를 가지며, 이 깊이는 냉각채널(7)의 전체높이(H)의 최대 1/2 에 달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 멀티-파트 냉각 피스톤(20).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,구멍들(14)의 축들의 적어도 일부분은 피스톤 종축(K)에 대하여 평행하게 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 멀티-파트 냉각 피스톤(20).
- 제 4 항에 있어서,구멍들(14)의 축은 피스톤 종축(K)에 대하여 예각으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 멀티-파트 냉각 피스톤(20).
- 제 5 항에 있어서,구멍들(14)은 원통형의 또는 장공 형상의 형태를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 멀티-파트 냉각 피스톤(20).
- 제 1 항에 있어서,간극(13) 내에는 밀봉 요소(15)가 배열되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 멀티-파트 냉각 피스톤(20).
- 제 1 항에 있어서,피스톤 상부부품과 피스톤 하부부품(1, 2)의 해체할 수 없는 결합은 용접 - 또는 납땜결합인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 멀티-파트 냉각 피스톤(20).
- 제 1 항에 있어서,피스톤 상부부품(1)은 내산화성의 그리고/또는 내열성의 재료로 구성되고, 그리고 피스톤 하부부품(2)은 석출경화형의 페라이트-펄라이트강 또는 열처리 가능한 강으로부터 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 멀티-파트 냉각피스톤(20)
