Abstract
"PERFIL DE DENTE DE ENGRENAGEM". A presente invenção refere-se a uma engrenagem e a um método para produzir a engrenagem. A engrenagem possui um perfil de dente da engrenagem associada conjugado com um perfil de dente do cortador básico da engrenagem possuindo uma altura de face com uma parte convexa possuindo um ponto da altura de face próximo a uma linha do passo diametral e uma altura de base com uma parte cóncava possuindo um ponto da altura de base próximo à linha do passo diametral. A parte convexa é complementar a uma parte correspondente de uma altura de base do perfil de dente do cortador básico da engrenagem associada. A parte cóncava é complementar a uma parte correspondente da altura de face do perfil de dente do cortador básico da engrenagem associada. Uma zona de transição entre o ponto da altura de face e o ponto da altura de base possui uma largura predeterminada. O perfil de dente do cortador básico da engrenagem possui um ressalto de meio passo predeterminado na linha do passo diametral e na continuidade do perfil e na continuidade do declive no ponto da altura de face.
