Abstract

"FERRAMENTAS PARA LEVANTAMENTO DE APARAS". Em uma ferramenta de levantamento de aparas com uma haste de ferramenta (1) como suporte de uma placa perfurada (3), a referida placa perfurada (3) é protendida por meios de atarraxamento que transfixam o orifício (19) da placa perfurada (3) e um orifício transfixante (22) da haste de ferramenta (1), contendo este meio um parafuso (17) introduzido pelo lado da placa perfurada e uma contraporca retentora (18), posicionada abaixo da haste de ferramenta (1), sendo esta fixação dentro da sede de placa (4) da haste de ferramenta (1). Uma aplicação de toda a placa perfurada (3) que atua essencialmente em sentido radial para com o eixo de rotação (8) da haste de ferramenta (1) na direção de aplicação (9), é favorecida pelo fato de que as faces de contato entre o cabeçote do parafuso (23) e a placa perfurada (3) por um lado e o cabeçote (24) da contraporca retentora (18), bem como a haste de ferramenta (1) por outro lado, devido a sua esfericidade, possibilitam uma mobilidade giratória que acompanha o movimento de aplicação, mobilidade esta que se expressa no parafuso (17) e na contraporca retentora (18) que representam os meios de ligação por parafusos.
