Abstract

<B>"DISPOSIçãO PARA OBTENçãO DE UM ANCORAMENTO CONFIáVEL DE UM IMPLANTE ROSQUEADO EM UM OSSO"<D>. Na disposição para obtenção de um ancoramento confiável de um implante rosqueado (3) no osso maxilar, é feito um furo (2) na substância óssea. Na dita parede lateral (2b) do furo, é possível se estabelecer um rosqueamento interno que pode cooperar com um rosqueamento externo (3d) no implante. O rosqueamento do implante é disposto para pressionar para fora a substância óssea em direções essencialmente radiais, como uma função da extensão na qual o implante é aparafusado dentro do furo. O rosqueamento é disposto para efetuar um maior pressionamento da substância óssea nas partes externas do que nas partes internas do furo. O grau de pressionamento é adaptado em relação à macieza do osso, a fim de alcançar o ancoramento confiável. Ao longo de pelo menos uma parte da direção longitudinal do implante, o rosqueamento do implante pode ser fornecido em uma configuração não circular para fins de obtenção de uma aperfeiçoada estabilidade rotacional no osso de consistência macia ou fraca. O implante pode apresentar também duas ou mais espirais ou entradas de roscas, que reduzem o tempo de aparafusamento do implante dentro do furo e adicionalmente oferecem um rosqueamento apertado, que permite uma efetiva integração com a substância óssea durante o processo de cicatrização.
