Abstract

"COMPOSTOS úTEIS NA PREPARAçãO DE DERIVADOS DE CAMPTOTECINA". A presente invenção refere-se a compostos da fórmula (I) e seus sais, onde R^ 1^ é hidrogênio, um grupo alquila, aralquila, hidroximetila, carboximetila, aciloximetila ou trialquilsilila, ou um grupo -CH~ 2~NR^ 3^R^ 4^ onde N é um átomo de nitrogênio de ligação e onde (a) R^ 3^ e R^ 4^ são selecionados de um modo independente dentre hidrogênio e grupos alquila, alquenila, hidroxialquila e alcoxialquila; (b) R^ 3^ é hidrogênio ou um grupo alquila, alquenila, hidroxialquila ou alcoxialquila, e R^ 4^ é -COR^ 3^ onde R^ 3^ é hidrogênio ou um grupo alquila, alquenila, hidroxialquila ou alcoxialquila; ou (c) R^ 3^ e R^ 4^ tomados em conjunto com o átomo de nitrogênio de ligação formam um grupo heterocíclico com 3 a 7 membros.
