Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO E MéTODO PARA CONSOLIDAR UM COMPOSTO DE FIBRA". A invenção refere-se a um dispositivo e a um método para compactar um composto de fibra (V) continuamente transportado por meio de impingimento de calor (W). Um meio de tratamento (L) aquecido é soprado na direção do composto de fibra (V) por meio de pelo menos uma disposição de bocal (2a, 2b). A dita disposição de bocal (2a, 2b) compreende uma pluralidade de bocais de sopro (4) adjacentes os quais estão dispostos a uma distância (a) uns dos outros. Um espaço intermediário (5) é formado entre dois bocais (4) adjacentes. O dito espaço intermediário (5) entre os bocais de sopro (4) é essencialmente fechado para o composto de fibra (V) contra o percurso de transporte (F) de tal modo que uma sobrepressão (P) possa ser criada em uma câmara de pressão (6) localizada entre a disposição de bocal e a superfície (O) do composto de fibra (V), por meio de que o meio de tratamento (L) pode ser soprado através da espessura inteira do composto de fibra (V) mesmo quando o dito composto de fibra tem uma grande espessura.
