Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UMA ESTRUTURA NUCLEAR PARA UM COMPOSTO NUCLEAR". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a fabricação de uma estrutura nuclear para um composto nuclear, sendo que a estrutura nuclear é fabricada a partir de um material de base fino, dobrável, de preferência, com um comprimento indefinido, sendo que o material de base é dobrado até formar uma estrutura espacial, multifacetada, que pode ser desenvolvida, e sendo que, o material de base experimenta uma contração da tira de material na direção da largura e do comprimento, e uma expansão no espaço em relação à expansão do material de base, e pode ser disposto entre duas camadas de cobertura, que formam as superfícies externas do composto nuclear, bem como, pode ser ligado com as camadas de cobertura por meio de colagem ou de qualquer outro tipo de ligação. De acordo com a invenção, uma estrutura nuclear pode ser obtida pelo fato de que, o material de base não é estendido ou comprimido, mas, de preferência, dobrado continuamente com superfícies e ângulos cuidadosos, sem a introdução de cortes ou perfurações, sendo que, a tira de material, no estado não-dobrado, é submetida, em um processo contínuo, a um tratamento preliminar do lado superior e inferior, ao longo de linhas de dobramento curvadas, ou de várias linhas de dobramento retas que se tocam em forma de estrela e linhas de dobramento que passam em modelos que se repetem ou dentro das superfícies que são limitadas pelas linhas de dobramento, de modo que surgem cantos de dobramento que permitem um empeno, sendo que, após a realização do tratamento preliminar, o processo de dobramento é iniciado na região das linhas de dobramento no lado superior e no lado inferior da tira de material, sendo que, após o início do processo, a tira de material é retardada de modo a ser dobrada ao longo das linhas de dobramento, atuando como dobradiças, para formar uma estrutura que se estende na terceira dimensão e, após o processo de dobramento, a tira de material pode ser tratada para estabilizar a estrutura dobrada.
