Abstract
"LINHA DE GALVANIZAçãO COM TRANSPORTADOR E MéTODO PARA GALVANIZAR ELETROLITICAMENTE UM METAL EM UMA PEçA A TRABALHAR". Para evitar vazios na camada metálica em furos de placas de circuito impresso, a invenção refere-se a uma linha de galvanização com transportador e a um método para galvanizar eletroliticamente um metal em placas de circuito impresso os quais provêem medidas para reduzir uma voltagem elétrica que aumenta entre as placas de circuito impresso adjacentes sendo transportadas através da linha.
