Abstract

"PROCESSO BICOMPOSTO SEMI-CONTìNUO DE OBTENçãO DE UM CARREGAMENTO EXPLOSIVO COMPOSTO DE MATRIZ DE POLIURETANO". Processo bicomposto semi-contínuo de obtenção de um carregamento explosivo composto de matriz de poliuretano. A invenção refere-se ao domínio militar das munições explosivas. Ela tem por objeto um processo semicontínuo de obtenção de um carregamento explosivo compósito com matriz sólido poliuretano carregada, cuja carga é pulverulenta e compreende pelo menos um explosivo nitrado orgânico, por introdução em um molde de uma composição explosiva pastosa, depois reticulação térmica dessa composição. A composição é obtida por mistura de constituintes que compreendem essencialmente um pré-polímero poliol, um plastificante, um monómero poliisocianato e uma carga sólida pulverulenta que compreende pelo menos um explosivo nitrado orgânico. Mais precisamente, produzem-se, inicialmente, a partir do conjunto dos constituintes, 2 componentes: . um composto A pastoso, que compreende a totalidade do pré-polímero poliol e a totalidade da carga sólida pulverulenta; . um composto B líquido que compreende a totalidade do monómero poliisocianato, o plastificante sendo indiferentemente repartido entre os 2 componentes A e B. Misturam-se em seguida, de forma contínua, o componente A e o componente B, de tal modo que a relação mássica componente A/componente B seja constante e compreendida entre 95/5 e 99,5/0,5. Esse processo simples e económico permite se livrar, sem inconvenientes, do compromisso vida útil passageira/ duração de cozimento da composição.
