Abstract

"PROTEASES PRODUZINDO UMA RESPOSTA IMUNOLóGICA ALTERADA E MéTODOS DE PREPARAR E USAR AS MESMAS". A presente invenção refere-se a novas variantes de proteína que exibem respostas imunogênicas reduzidas, quando comparado às proteínas parentais. A presente invenção também refere-se a moléculas de DNA que codificam novas variantes, células hospedeiras compreendendo DNA codificando novas variantes, bem como métodos de preparar proteínas menos alergênicas. Além disso, a presente invenção refere-se a várias composições que compreendem estas proteínas que são menos imunogênicas do que as proteínas do tipo silvestre.
