Abstract

"DERIVADOS DE PIPERAZINA PARA USO COMO ANTAGONISTAS DO RECEPTOR CCR-3 NO TRATAMENTO DE ASMA". A presente invenção refere-se a derivados de piperazina da Fórmula (I) em que: R^ 1^-R^ 4^, A, L e x são conforme definidos no relatório descritivo. Os compostos são úteis como antagonistas do receptor CCR-3 e, portanto, podem ser usados para o tratamento de doenças mediadas pelo CCR-3, tal como asma.
