Abstract

"CéLULAS ESTROMAIS DERIVADAS DE TECIDO ADIPOSO, COMPOSIçõES E MéTODOS PARA O USO DE TAIS CéLULAS NO TRATAMENTO E REPARO DE QUALQUER DEFEITO ASSOCIADO AO TECIDO OCULAR". A invenção fornece composições e métodos para o uso de células estromais derivadas de tecido adiposo para o tratamento e reparo de qualquer defeito associado ao tecido ocular, incluindo mas não limitado, àqueles secundários a trauma, doenças metabólicas, erros de nascença, ou cirurgia. As células estromais derivadas de tecido adiposo são cultivadas no estado indiferenciado, diferenciado ou de adipócito, seja isoladamente ou na presença de material biocompatível. Os materiais resultantes são empregados cirurgicamente para corrigir vários defeitos intra-oculares.
